The release tip has a curved profile to allow easy access to the stack to fully disengage the crimp without damaging the axle shaft or thread. Flat stake punch is used to set the nut, preventing it from loosening. Applications include: wheel bearings, prop-shaft and drive flange stake nuts across many makes. Length: 178mm, shank: 10mm. Manufactured from SCM440 alloy steel. Designed for use with an air hammer to easily lock and unlock axle shaft stake nuts, such as Laser Air Hammer, Part No. 6031 (or similar).
